Why not just tell him straight in the face? Some people, esp guys, really can't catch the most obvious hints. Me sometimes also. And perhaps persistent is really his 优点. Some gals really like guys who are persistent. Just tell him straight lah. :P

Then its time to be cruel. Arrange to meet up, then fly him aeroplane. Repeat until he TL with you. But if you do that, better watch for car when u cross the road. :P
